It's really not Mousse, but it's soooo goood!Follow directions on sugar free Jello package (pick your favorite flavor, mine is black cherry) for quick set method and when the last of the ice cubes has been removed, add about 1 cup of cool whip or any whipped topping and use a hand mixer (it looks like it wont mix, but it does) until slightly thickened...chill for an hour.
Similar directions are right there on the box, but I like more of the whipped cream in mine ;)
Freeze for ice cream consistancy!
